Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University Hosts Grand Induction Program Deeksharambh.

Samastipur! Pusa, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University (RPCAU) organized a grand induction program 'Deeksharambh' for newly admitted students. Vice-Chancellor Dr. P.S. Pandey said that the main aim of the program is to focus on students' overall development. 



He said that during fifteen days course students will be trained in Yoga, Health and Dental hygiene, table manners, general etiquettes, communication skills, painting, dance drama and others. Dr. Pandey highlighted RPCAU's commitment to character building and education. 


He said that RPCAU students have achieved nearly 100% placement, and have acquired manay laurels at national and international level. He said that every year more then 150 students get national and international fellowship and many of them achieve one to ten rank in the examination like UGC NET,ICAR ,CSIR and other examinations. 


He encouraged students to focus on acquiring knowledge without worrying about jobs.Renowned journalist Sudhanshu Ranjan, the chief guest, advised students to remain humble and goal-oriented, citing examples from Einstein and other scientists.


Registrar Dr. Mritunjay Kumar noted that RPCAU vice chancellor Dr P S Pandey pioneered the induction program, Deeksharambh, It was considered significant and beneficial for students and so now UGC and ICAR  has made it compulsory for all Universities of the country. 


The program featured various modules promoting yoga, health hygiene, table manners, painting, music, and more. Dr. Pandey emphasized India's rich agricultural heritage and RPCAU's historic significance.Distinguished faculty members, scientists, and students attended the event.
